Samsung LS32D390GAWXXL Monitor Overview
The Samsung Essential Monitor S3 LS32D390GAWXXL is a 32-inch-class curved Full HD monitor designed for home and office computing. Its 1920 × 1080 resolution supports everyday tasks such as browsing, documents, spreadsheets, online learning and video streaming. The VA panel's typical 3000:1 static contrast ratio helps create clear differences between darker and brighter parts of an image.
The curved display creates a more enveloping desktop viewing experience, while the maximum 100Hz refresh rate supports smoother motion when enabled with a compatible device. Its black finish and simple stand make it suitable for a variety of desktop environments.
Curved Screen for Immersive Viewing
The curved screen is designed to follow the viewer's field of vision more closely, helping make desktop content and entertainment feel more engaging. The wide 16:9 format is suitable for compatible video content, everyday applications and casual gaming.
Samsung's product headline identifies the display as 1800R, while its detailed specification table lists 1500R curvature. For precise model specifications, refer to the manufacturer's detailed listing and confirm the regional product documentation if the curvature value is critical to your purchase.
Smooth 100Hz Refresh Rate
The monitor supports a maximum refresh rate of 100Hz, helping scrolling, compatible video and supported games appear smoother than on a standard 60Hz display. Samsung notes that the monitor defaults to 60Hz and can be adjusted to 100Hz through its settings.
A 4ms grey-to-grey response time supports everyday motion handling. Game Mode allows picture settings to be adjusted for clearer visibility in darker scenes, making the monitor suitable for casual gaming and general entertainment.
High Contrast and Full HD Picture Quality
The VA panel provides a typical 3000:1 static contrast ratio and a typical brightness of 250 cd/m². This helps maintain visible differences between bright and dark content for everyday viewing.
The Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and support for up to 16.7 million colours make this monitor suitable for routine computing, web content and multimedia. Samsung lists 95% sRGB coverage in its specifications.
Eye Saver Mode and Flicker Free Technology
Eye Saver Mode helps reduce blue-light output, while Flicker Free technology is designed to reduce distracting screen flicker. These features are intended to support comfortable viewing during longer work, study and entertainment sessions.
Eco Saving Plus and Off Timer Plus provide additional practical features for everyday monitor use.
HDMI, VGA and Headphone Connectivity
The Samsung LS32D390GAWXXL includes one HDMI 1.4 port and one D-Sub (VGA) port for connecting compatible desktop computers, laptops and other video sources. A headphone output is available for personal audio use.
The monitor does not include built-in speakers, USB-C or a USB hub. Check your computer's available video outputs and supported refresh rates before connecting, especially if you intend to use the display at 100Hz.
Simple Design and VESA Mounting
The monitor features a black finish and a simple tilt stand. Its tilt adjustment allows you to set the screen angle for your preferred viewing position.
A 75 × 75mm VESA mounting pattern supports compatible monitor arms and wall mounts. Check the mount's supported screen size, mounting pattern and weight capacity before installation.
