Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed and shipped through our designated courier partners.
- Delivery is typically completed within 2–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Out-of-Stock & Delayed Orders
- In case a product becomes out of stock after an order is placed, the customer will be notified. The order will be treated as cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
- If there is a delay due to product procurement from our principals or suppliers, the customer will be informed. The order will proceed only after receiving the customer’s consent to either:
- Continue with the delayed delivery, or
- Cancel the order and receive a refund.
Shipping Charges for Multiple Products
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment.
- When multiple products from the same category are ordered together, the system automatically calculates the combined weight and applies a single delivery charge instead of separate charges for each item.
Example:
If a customer orders three items weighing:
- 200g
- 250g
- 400g
The total weight becomes 850g, and a single delivery charge applicable for a shipment between 500g and 1kg will be applied.
This avoids multiple shipping charges and reduces overall delivery cost.
- The shipping weight of each product is already embedded in the product pricing system and is automatically calculated at checkout.
