📦 Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product declared DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the brand’s authorized service center

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Product Condition

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original packaging with all accessories

  • Have intact warranty and brand seals

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is physically damaged due to misuse

  • Warranty seals are broken or tampered

  • Incorrect or different products are returned


🚚 Return Shipping Cost (Important)

  • If the return is approved due to defect, damage, or incorrect product delivery, Clarion Computers Pvt. Ltd. will bear the return shipping cost (Free Return).

  • If a return request is raised for reasons not caused by Clarion Computers, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or communicated to vendors.

  • Same Day Delivery orders are non-cancellable.

  • Pre-order items and promotional sale products are non-cancellable.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch, or

  • A return request is approved after inspection

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • No cash refunds

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

Refund Deductions

  • 100% refund – Cancelled before dispatch (Bank Transfer)

  • 97.5% refund – Cancelled before dispatch (Card / UPI / Net Banking)

  • 90% refund – Cancelled after dispatch

  • No refund – Product delivered and working properly but not required

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified.


🎥 Unboxing Video Policy

An unboxing video is mandatory for all orders to process claims related to:

  • Physical damage

  • Missing items

  • Wrong product delivery

Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
