We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product and video might be required to identify return case.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be in original packaging with all accessories

Include original invoice

Not show signs of physical damage or misuse
Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to defect, damage, or incorrect product delivery, we will arrange a free return pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
