Cancellation, Refund, Return & Grievance Policy

🔴 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is applicable only if the product has a defect or damage. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect product selection made by the customer.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
    However, requests will not be entertained once the order has been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
  • Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Products purchased during special occasions or promotional events such as Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New Year, etc., are non-cancellable due to limited availability.
  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled.
    However, refund or replacement may be provided if the product delivered is defective or damaged.

🟡 Grievance Policy

Clarioncomputers.in is committed to providing the best prices and maintaining transparency and trust with its customers.

  • If the delivered product does not match the description or images (images may vary), it may be returned or exchanged provided:
    • The original seal is intact.
    • The product has not been used, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Customers are advised to record a video while unboxing the product and submit it along with their grievance.
  • We have a structured grievance redressal system and aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch, or
  • A grievance is raised and resolved in favor of the customer.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are not made in cash and will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
  • Refund requests must be emailed to: support@clarioncomputers.in
    (Response time: within 48 hours.)

Refund Slab:

  • 100% Refund – Order cancelled before dispatch and paid via Bank Transfer.
  • 97.5% Refund – Order cancelled before dispatch and paid via Card / UPI / Net Banking / Payment Gateway.
  • 90% Refund – Order cancelled after dispatch.
  • No Refund – If the product is delivered and working properly but no longer required by the customer.

Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Note: Refunds will not be applicable if the cancellation does not comply with the company’s cancellation policy.

If a product goes out of stock, Clarion Computers reserves the right to cancel the order with prior notification. The full amount will be refunded in such cases.

📦 Returns Policy

  • Products once sold cannot be returned unless:
    • There is a manufacturing defect.
    • The delivered product differs from the ordered specifications.
    • The product is declared DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the brand’s service center.
  • Return requests should be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper reason.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with intact seals.
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • The product shows physical damage or mishandling.
    • Warranty seals are broken or tampered.
    • Incorrect products are returned.
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified PC hardware engineer.
  • All refunds related to returns will follow the refund policy.

🎥 Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure transparency and resolve courier-related disputes, an unboxing video is mandatory for all purchases.

Without an unboxing video, claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products will not be entertained.

Why It’s Important:

  • Courier handling may involve human error.
  • Video evidence helps validate claims with courier partners.
  • Without video proof, resolution may be delayed or denied.

✅ Unboxing Video Guidelines

  1. Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  2. If tampered, take photos, reject delivery, and email support.
  3. Place the camera on a stable, well-lit surface.
  4. Clearly show the shipping label (tracking number and address).
  5. Show all sides of the package before opening.
  6. Record continuously without cuts.
  7. Verify product condition after opening.
  8. For damaged items, show box and product clearly.
  9. For wrong items, show labels without breaking seals.
