The monitor shows a spacecraft where the sun flies against the backdrop of a rocky and mountainous desert planet. We show pixel density comparison between 1920x1080 pixel FHD high definition and 2560x1440 pixel QHD high definition by dividing the screen into two different regions. QHD high definition shows richer, more detailed ship and planetary surfaces.

The monitor is split into two to show the difference between normal color range for Samsung conventional monitor and high contrast with Odyssey G5 for details that are more vibrant and noticeable.

165Hz refresh rate & 1ms response time (MPRT)

Speed through scenes. 165Hz refresh rate eliminates lag for exhilarating gameplay with ultra-smooth action. Jump on enemies right when you see them with a 1ms response time (MPRT) for frames with minimal blur.

The monitor is split in two to show the difference in display quality comparing two different refresh rates and response time, one for Samsung conventional monitor with 60Hz and 5ms and the other for Odyssey G5 with 165Hz and 1ms.

AMD FreeSync Premium
