Key Features of the Acer Nitro ED320QR S3
31.5-inch Curved Display
The large 16:9 screen and 1500R curvature create an immersive viewing area for gaming, movies and everyday desktop use.
Fast Refresh Rate
A refresh rate of up to 165Hz on the cited regional variants helps deliver smoother motion in supported games. Some regional SKUs are rated up to 180Hz.
1ms VRB Response
Visual Response Boost is designed to reduce perceived motion blur in fast-moving scenes. Actual performance depends on settings and operating conditions.
AMD FreeSync Premium
Compatible adaptive-sync technology helps reduce screen tearing and stuttering when the display and graphics hardware are operating within supported ranges.
Smoother Motion for Gaming
A high refresh rate can make camera movement, scrolling and fast action appear smoother than on a standard 60Hz display. The ED320QR S3 supports up to 165Hz on cited regional variants, with some versions listed at up to 180Hz. To use the maximum refresh rate, connect compatible hardware and select the supported resolution and refresh rate in your system settings.
AMD FreeSync Premium helps synchronise the display refresh rate with compatible graphics output to reduce tearing and stuttering. The 1 ms VRB specification refers to Acer's motion-blur reduction mode and should not be interpreted as a universal grey-to-grey pixel response measurement.
Curved VA Display with Full HD Detail
The 1500R curve is designed to follow the natural viewing arc more closely than a flat screen, making the large panel feel more enveloping during games and videos. The VA panel offers a listed native contrast ratio of around 3,000:1 on cited S3 variants, helping dark areas appear deeper than on many conventional IPS panels.
Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 keeps gaming requirements manageable for a wide range of PC configurations. The anti-glare screen surface helps minimise distracting reflections in typical indoor lighting.
Selected regional versions also list HDR10 support. HDR performance and brightness specifications can differ by exact part number, so check the product's regional specification before purchase.
