Clarion Computers Private Limited: 5-Star Experience - Highly Recommended!Did not know much about Kolkata based Clarion Computers Private Limited before my recent experience.Purchased following two items within the last 10 days:1. Crucial BX500 2tb 3D-Nand Sata ssd × 1 for Rs 9,990.002. Crucial P3 Plus 4TB M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen 4.0 Internal SSD (CT4000P3PSSD8) × 1 for Rs 21,990.00Placed both the orders after 12:00 PM. M/s Clarion Computers packed and shipped through DTDC on the same day itself in both the cases. Received both the items within say 30 hours or so. Both the items were sealed, brand new and well-packed. Kudos to DTDC as well.Based on my recent experience, I shall put them in equal footing with two other Kolkata based established players viz. M/s M. D. Computers Private Limited and M/s Vedant Computers Private Limited.I found them responsive, courteous and professional on WhatsApp chats including their owner. One of their client facing executive spoke in Bengali, the vernacular laguage as well, which is a definite plus. A Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil or Arunachali customer would expect the same from any client facing role in their respective states.Caveats:1. Credit goes to Crucial branded Micron products as they worked flawlessly right out of the box.2. The shipment being intra-city within 10/12 kilometers of distance, does not necessarily indicate how efficiently or fast, items will be shipped or reach their destinations cross-country.3. Since I did not face any issue, I did not need to go through the hassle of post sale customer support. Often times, people have tonnes of complaints regarding this pain point because most sellers adhere to strict exchange/return-refund policies. I have no idea how strongly they would stand by their customers in case of problems with their products.All the best Clarion Computers and the Team. Keep up the good work!

It was a great experience with clarion. All staffs are very polite also with great knowledge about the products, they guide me very well. The servicing team is also very active,, assemble my pc in quick time and also show me all the features.

I have built my pc from clarion computers for the first time and here I want to share my experience.Showroom / Store: (10/10)I must say showroom is one of the best you can find in entire Chandni market, staffs are very knowledgable and friendly too specially Sandeep and Soumik they have guided me so well about the componets like a friend does. In short the buying experience is next level. If you are palnning to buy a pc Clarion is the place you should try first.Now here the point comes that after being a happy customer why did I gave 2stars. Here is the reason below.Installation room : (2/10)Fisrt of all its quite far from the store itself well that hardly matters becuase installation is an one time process but I am really dissapointed with the staffs working their. They even dont know to greet a customer. One guy was good comparatively to the guy who build my PC, he is so arrogant and unwelcoming I dont know only I got such service or everybody gets so. He makes fun of mine on two serious matters I asked him about the PC. A customer might not be aware of a feature but it doesnt mean that one will make fun. He were in so hurry to build my pc that he didnt fit my IO sheild and RGB header properly I didit my self afterward not only that my SSD is just hangging with support of two 3rd party screws where cabinet brand provided proper screws for it. A customer build a Pc with his/her hard earn money atleast treat him with a smile and I think that guy should take more tranning while dealing with new gen pcs.* Caution : If you want buy the components blindly go to Clarion Computers but If you want built it by them then its your choice.

This shop is at my top priority list among all the shops in Kolkata. And the most suggestive in my eyes...and the shop employees are very helpful, polite and give you the best suggestions on your budget. I'm very satisfied .
